I smell a rat in the premise
恭喜发财!
A feast fit for the Reunion Dinner, home-made and proud of it:
Yes, that is sliced abalone; a can flown in with my sister back in April specially for this occasion. CNY dishes include lettuce wraps, braised abalone with mushrooms, seafood mix of prawns, scallops and Pacific clams, and 'longevity' noodles to add to the auspiciousness. Care to drool over the upclose photos?
And how convenient for Old Man weather to generously dump snow on us, a storm after another! A couple of days ago, I nearly froze myself to death for stubbornly refusing to move into the heated waiting stand, but the bus was behind by more than an hour. Plan B was implemented when I crumbled beneath the weight of the snow accumulating on me, when my jaw hardened rendering me mouthless, when I lost all possible sensation in my extremities... Go figure.
While working on Sunday, EA brought my attention to a pervert who has been in store every single day. We couldn't do anything unless a customer complains, but all the targeted young girls are so oblivious to his blatant ogling and slabbering in close proximity. Someone apprehend that shameless dirt!
