I changed the layout again. As a matter of fact, I modeled it after my own tumblr which was inspired by Yiwen's. Speaking of a new layout, I should really help my poor little sister with hers. She has been going on about how I have been changing mine but not hers even though she has pleaded with me repeatedly. Hhmmm.
Last Friday, I turned 22 and spent it with the usual suspects. Mostly a day of food - dim sum brunch at Chinatown and then for dinner, Wen cooked bak chor mee for us all. Feast your eyes (not your mouth)!
On Monday, it was off to Corinne Bailey Rae's concert with Teresa. The Queen Elizabeth Theatre was down by the waterfront at Exhibition Place. The great acoustics of the venue was perfect for a raspy voice like CBR's.
Her performance of "Like A Star" and "I'd Do It All Again" gave me chills!
If you cannot tell, I am enjoying life without school quite a bit. The 5AM work shifts are quite a drag, but they do give me the option of doing something during the day, albeit with exhausted enthusiasm, especially when the time comes around for my afternoon nap. Sometimes, I fall asleep only to awake towards dinnertime, after which I find myself having to head back to bed early. Yet I never do nor can.
