Independent TriHo again
Papa and Mama Ho have left Toronto and are flying back to Singapore. I was über ecstatic to spend time with them but conflicts arose as time passed on with their constant nagging and our inherent stubbornness. As bad as that may sound, the Ho family works this way, as many other families do (I hope). You can be pleasant to others of little matter to you, but it becomes easy to disapprove and bicker with someone close since "none will bear overnight grudges", as the elders in my family put it. Still, dare I say I am happy to have my mattress and freedom back!
