So we meet again
After 6 years of not having seen each other, I met up with Mahayana and Faridah from my secondary school days over the Labour Day weekend in Montréal. We also made a short tour to Québec City together. It was so much fun being in their company and catching up, talking with Maha about our time in the same upper sec class and recounting the Drama Club days with Faridah.
Both cities are such great places. We got to ride the BIXI bikes in Montréal, ate Queue de Castor's beavertails, sight-see in the old fortifications of Québec City, among others. It was sad having to part - Faridah to Boston where she is on exchange at, and Maha in Montréal, where she is wrapping up her stay learning French there and heading to France in a couple days to do her Masters. I hope I get to see them again, but till the next time, all the best to them!
Also, isn't this one of the most stunning full-fledged rainbow one can witness in an urban setting like Montréal?
