Classics

I have decided to attempt reading more classics, starting with the ones at home. Perhaps I will try tackling Austen and Dickens again, but I would like to move on to the modernist literature company — Fitzgerald, Hemingway, Joyce, Mann, Rand, Salinger, Steinbeck, Twain, Woolf, et cetera. The last time I cracked open a classic book, Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness to be exact, I quickly set it aside despite the novel being very short. No, I will not be starting with Conrad this time around, although I will eventually get to his books.

Stones taught me to fly
Love taught me to lie
Life taught me to die
